ANKENY SCHOOL
You can register on line at www.drivetek.com or mail a registration form indicating your class preference. The US mail address is 9120 NW 26th Street, Ankeny, IA 50023. The class confirmation will be sent approximately one week before classes begin.
The cost of the course is $360. $100 of the fee is due with your registration. Full payment is due at the 1st class.

Beginning June 2010, Ankeny Community Schools have entered into a contractual agreement for Drive Tek to be the sole provider of driver education for the students of the Ankeny School District.
Ankeny school district students should go to the Ankeny School district web site and complete the Registration and authorization of release of information. These forms must be turned into Northview Middle School. Fees should be paid to Ankeny schools on their web site thru the school dining system. Once the registration form, the authorization of release of information and fees are received, at Northview, the student’s name will be placed on the class list. Students are accepted into the class on a first come first served basis. The cost of the course is $360.
Drive Tek will send notification of your class time and classroom assignment approximately two weeks before the class begins. Classes will be held at Northview Middle School. |

These are the scheduled classes that will be offered at Ankeny High School.
The student’s driving schedule will be arranged with their instructor at the first class session. Driving times will occur at various times to accommodate the needs of the students.
All of the scheduled classes are state certified and include 32 hours of classroom instruction, with 4 hours of instruction covering alcohol and drug abuse as it relates to the driving task and 6 hours of actual on-street driving.
As a private enterprise, Drive Tek’s mission is to benefit the student. Drive Tek strives to establish positive relationships with the student and to accommodate their needs and schedules as much as possible.
